Terms and Conditions of Sale
Pro subscription intended for Producers on the BROCO platform.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs of Sale) govern the Pro subscription taken out by Producers on the BROCO platform (broco-app.ch / app.broco-app.com).
BROCO is a platform that connects people around Swiss regional heritage activities (workshops, tastings, visits). BROCO is not a party to the transactions concluded between Producers and food lovers: activities are paid directly to the Producer, off-platform. The only transaction collected by BROCO is the Pro subscription covered by these T&Cs of Sale.
2. Price
The Pro subscription is billed at 9.99 CHF per month.
Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable rate is the one in force at the time of subscription or renewal.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by our provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Accepted payment methods include TWINT and bank card. No card data is stored by BROCO.
4. Term & cancellation
The Pro subscription is taken out with no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period: access to Pro features remains active until the end of the month already paid for, with no further renewal.
5. Cancellation & refund
The Pro subscription is non-refundable. Cancellation ends the renewal, but access remains guaranteed until the monthly term already paid for. Technical refunds (billing error, double charge) remain possible via Stripe, in principle up to 180 days after the transaction.
6. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These T&Cs of Sale are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction provided for by law.
